Mrs. Property Solutions was started by Cristina Ortega in 2016, but it has since evolved into a family affair. Which is fitting because Cristina developed her love of helping people and real estate from her parents.

Meet Our Team Of Home Buyers
Cristina Ortega – Chief Problem Solver
Cristina is the founder of the Mrs. Property Solutions (hence the name 😊) and she runs the day to day operations and tackles anything that needs to be done. She is likely the person that you’ll be talking to when you call in. She is always available to help and find the best possible solution for you.
Cristina and her husband Jason are both Phoenix natives but they also live part-time in Los Angeles so that they can enjoy the best that Arizona and California have to offer.
Paige Fennig – The Deal Maker
Paige is the one that you talk to when you call us to get an offer for your home. She loves talking to people and getting an understanding of their situation so that she can come up with the best deal possible. Although she doesn’t have a background in real estate, it helps her to bring a fresh set of eyes to her work and keep the focus on people.
When Paige isn’t working she’s busy living her best life possible! She loves being in the outdoors and staying active and adventurous – hence, why she doesn’t have any pictures of herself unless its on a mountain! 😃
Tricia Watts – Acquisitions Manager
With a background in corporate sales, Tricia approaches her passion for helping sellers with kindness, honesty, tenacity, and a commitment to do right by them. A Southern California native, she brings immense value with her knowledge of the different pockets of each neighborhood.
With a husband and two busy kids, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is known to have the biggest heart.
Hannah Ray – Social Media Manager
Hannah is in charge of our social media, marketing, and online presence! She manages our Facebook, YouTube, and Google my Business posting. She is also in charge of creating helpful blog content that provides educational information concerning home sellers in a bind that needs to sell their house fast.
When she is not working, she enjoys being a new mom and spending time with her two little ones.
Susana Ortega – Spanish Sales
Susana is the main point of contact for all of our sellers that prefer to communicate in Spanish. So if you’re more comfortable doing the deal in your native tongue to make sure everything would be clear to you, don’t worry, we got you covered!
Susana is Cristina’s mom and she recently retired after 35 years at SRP. Now that she has more free time she helps Cristina and Jason to make sure all of our customers get top notch service.
Jason Kudlock – Chief Financial Officer
As the chief financial officer, Jason is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions including accounting, running our books, and assesses all of the houses we buy to make sure all the numbers work out. He provides strategic leadership for the team to make sure that we are properly allocating our budget to use towards marketing and our ongoing projects.
Jason is a travel enthusiast and when he is not working he lives to spend time working out and reading. Fun fact about Jason: he once read 89 books in a year! 🤓
